The jury deliberated less than a half-hour and found Puente guilty of sexual battery, a second-degree felony, and battery, a misdemeanor, in the second assault. Puente showed no emotion, but is whispering to his defense attorney as the judge excuses the jurors.

Husband takes the stand in rape trial; judge charges him with contempt
