Kill a cop and flee the scene, get 3 years in prison. Isn't American great? Heck, for that light a sentence he might as well come back illegally again after he's released from his 18 months and deported and do it all over again. Obviously an innocent American cop's life is worth a few months worth of free room and board, TV and weight lifting and a free ride home to visit relatives.
