So, how will this work, in families of illegal parents, but legal children ?

I assume they lost insurance, when SCHIP was canceled. So, with Obama's health care illegal alien parents can't buy insurance, so the kids remain uninsured. ( Legal parents will have insurance or pay a penalty.) Undocumented parents pay nothing. What if the illegal parents fill out a federal tax form, might they pay penalty ?

Where does coverage come from? The nearest emergency room, the insurer of choice for the illegal invader....
