Woman Given Ticket By Patrolman For Not Speaking English!!
Lets see some more of these handed out left and right I say on the roadways.

I am alluding to the video you can view below where a police officer cited a driver for being a non-English speaker according to this video from CNN.





There's more on this at Fox News that you can read about there, and according to their report this is not being done with the graces of the Dallas PD meaning the ticketing of non commercial drivers who can't speak English, but IT SHOULD BE the law there and everywhere as far as I'm concerned and you can read why in what follows:

First off, I'm sorry to be so hard core about this, but I've had it up to my neck with the ravaging of our culture with newcomers of all persuasions refusing to assimilate into our country and customs with their first and foremost offense ALWAYS being the PROPER usage of our language at the workplace and elsewhere.

Thus forcing we legal and hard working Americans to constantly suffer through miserable broken English accompanied with even worse comprehension everywhere we look, turn and listen throughout the working days and nights as well. So therefore if you can't speak good enough English to communicate with police in any situation without an interpreter, than you shouldn't be driving a car at the very least, not on our roads

That rationale for that would be because if one can't SPEAK English they usually can't READ it either, which means road signage and warning signs, and that's a dangerous brew for the rest of us out there every time they start one of their vehicles which are usually uninsured as well just to make matters worse.

"Just how dangerous can it be?" you ask?

Why not ask the surviving members of Reverend Scott Willis's family here in Illinois (a real reverend by the way) how dangerous it can be when a full 18 wheel rig is manned by a driver who can't speak nor understand English as drivers warned him of an iron bumper coming off his rig at 70 mph for mile after mile on a Wisconsin Interstate.

Warning of this rather large piece of impervious metal that eventually came to rest underneath the Willis' moving SUV igniting their gas tank before they could react causing a treacherous and deadly fire that KILLED SIX OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ONCE. SIX OF THEM, AND WHY????


ALL BECAUSE ONE MAN COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH!!

This was part and parcel of the Highway and license fraud that brought down lowlife governor George Ryan by the way, who was followed in office as we all now know, yet another crook and this one a democrat of course, who's now become a professional TV Whore by the way of all things.

Thank goodness he's at least out of office, but in all seriousness, it could very well be your family or mine who next become the real victims of this annoyance turned deadly in today's non stop society, so unlike the liberals would hope we all believe, it's not a victim-less situation, we need to call an end to it, and an end to it right NOW!

Just what we need, people on our roads that can't read road signs and don't understand signals like stop signs,etc

In my neighborhood, we have an illegal that walks their dog and lets the dog come into my yard, poop all over my flower garden and knock over my peace symbol . It seems they can't read our road signs and/or our laws. And they ( as a group) also have no sense of decency or respect for other people's property.

A quick solution for the dog pooping in my yard....... is a spray made with part warm water and Cayenne pepper, it does not kill flowers and/or grass and it won't kill the invading dog. It does make the dog sneeze and they don't like the smell.

In my opinion, if someone can’t read/speak English, they shouldn’t be able to get a license. When I last took the written test, they presented the shape of the signs without the words. I had a serious problem identifying them and I’ve been driving for decades! That’s not even talking about the signs that update for traffic conditions, emergencies, etc.

The really good reason is when someone gets stopped. There is no reason that every police officer in the country should have to learn every language spoken in the world. There’s also no reason the county/state should have to hire translators for all these languages. It’s absurd. This isn’t the Tower of Babel. Get with the program and learn the language…

Now Dallas PD dismisses all charges because the officer noted on the citation that she did not speak English.

This goes on all the time in Texas. Only English speaking U.S. citizens are expected to know and obey the laws. Act like you do not speak English and do whatever you want with no penalty.
Texas Auto Liability Ins. Law is a joke. Illegals don't buy insurance and do not get ticketed because everyone knows they won't pay tickets or appear in traffic court. When they cause a wreck they run away or if caught they are not apprehended at the scene unless DWI. Those who do buy insurance must have UNINSURED MOTORIST protection due to the large numbers of uninsured on Texas roads.

It's a game they play. They pretend like they can't speak English to get out of tickets and they try to walk away from punishment or walk away with things they didn't purchase or don't belong to them.

You learn a lot at garage sales about human nature.

You're right Texan, her not speaking english had nothing to do with it, it was a notation on the citation. She got the ticket for making the illegal turn and not having her license, just like they ticket everyone else.

The charges should not have been dismissed, it sends the wrong message. I hope anyone who got tickets for making illegal u-turns and not having their license demands to have their charges dismissed too.
