This is the first time I've heard Bush's fiasco criticized by Issa in the F&F investigation.

I saw Grassley on news yesterday commenting about Congress oversight responibility and being sure that laws are obeyed or enforced. I wanted to ask why it was less important for the last 35 years Congress has'nt done eqaul in depth checks and balances on immigration. Both parties are so intent upon goring the others ox that government just appears foolish.
