Eight years of George W. Bush has proven one thing: that it doesn’t matter what the U.S. president wants regarding an illegal alien amnesty, open borders, unlimited work visas or any other treasonous elements of immigration policy that subvert American interests about which he may fantasize.

If Bush simply could have snapped his fingers and gotten his way, I imagine he would have established an expansion of the “wet foot, dry footâ€

If McCain "lets" Sarah Paulin be President, who will slide into VP?

All I really want is after nearly a year-and-half of campaigning is to decide if I have to fight harder, or do I have to wait for a Supreme Court decision. Do I have to listen to two more months of campaign rhetoric and pundit slamming of candidates from any party?
It will be a frightening job to clean up Baby Bush's mess of this country in the past eight years. I just hope the victor has that first and foremost in his mind, rather than trying to change the American people to be more world-order oriented.

Paulin could pick her own replacement, I think the Senate would have to confirm the new VP. Just like when Nixon resigned and Gerald Ford became President, he picked Nelson Rockefeller to be VP.
