Yes, employers need to feel the heat. Illegal aliens also need to be arrested, processed and deported. NO free passes!

These people need to listen to some better advice. Once the population of illegal aliens is amnestied it's all over for the US. The Chain Migration policy will turn us into the US of Latin America.

How the hell can they prosecute employers when e-verify has been killed and the idiots in DC plan to halt all raids and enforcement measures? In order to prosecute employers you have to build a case against them evidenced by illegal aliens using stolen identities and fraudulent documents as I-9's. Sounds like this so called administration will be relying on the honor system by employers. Another back door amnesty......

Tell me, how is Obama going to accomplish workplace enforcement (that is what he is saying in essence) WITHOUT E-VERIFY???? Without it, employers will keep claiming that they were 'unaware that ....blah blah..' and nothing will change.

Even with mandatory e-verify, the employers will not stop illegals with stolen SSNs. And the OBLers do not want any raids to catch them.

That may be the case, but E-Verify will get rid of the bulk of the fraud.
