Warren County prosecutors made a move Monday that they hope will lead to whoever opened fire at a Hamilton Township construction site.
The prosecutors have indicted a "John Doe" wanted in the incident.
Last month, a group of suspects started shooting at a job site on US 122. According to police, Jose Nunez wanted to kill his boss for firing him.
Nunez was arrested shortly after the shooting but a second suspect has not been identified.
The "John Doe" was indicted for felonious assault, and Warren county prosecutors hope that gets to get people to talk.
No one was hit by the bullets, but the construction site's supervisor was injured with a baseball bat.Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn
