I think the secret here is a jury trial, left to a judge they probably would have had a different out come, but put these problems before the American citizens and alot of things would be different, all across this nation.

You got that right sosadforus. A jury trial is one of the last rights they haven't tried to take away from us yet. If I hadn't requested a trial by jury there is not a doubt in my mind that the judge would have slammed me also.

Yes Loneprotester , I believe the American people have more common sense when it comes to these kind of judgements, infact they would probably be more compentent what ever the circumstances.

I also believe had they been given all the information in the Ramos and Compean case they would not have been convicted, but they were not allowed to bring up Davalla's past history. After the jury learned all that had been hidden they said they would not of convicted them.

Our courts definitely have problems....But then I also believe illegals are given more rights in this country than they have a right to, being illegal in the first place, they should not have the same rights as American citizens.

See that's what I don't understand. If you are an american who is convicted of a crime you are stripped of certain rights, why then does that not hold true for illegals who are already in violation of US law?

If Israel puts down their guns there will be no more Israel.
