The judge needs to take the Krell brain boost. At what point are you entering the US illegally? If the border patrol agent sees you with both feet 1 millimeter on the US side of the border with your friend on the other side and you are helping him jump the fence, since you are already in the US, are you safe? some judges forget about intent of the law, and if they are reduced to blithering buffoons of blabbering blubber, then they should hang up those black robes and go fishing for the rest of their lives. This particular judge also forgot that it was not his problem if the criminal drug dealer could not comply with the conditions of probation. The prosecuter is also an idiot, requesting probation for an illegal alien drug dealer in the first place. The only saving grace is that the human trash will have the felony on his record, so that the next time he is caught, it will be his 2nd offense, and no judge in this age of the internet will take probation. His butt goes to the slammer. In my opinion, send the judge there, too.

    This is preposterous!

There is the written law and the intent of the law and it is up to our educated judges to clear up any ambiguity in the law. This is like saying A = B, but B <> A. There is just no logic to this.

Unfortunately, this is not the only case of judicial silliness similar to his.

Depending upon the state, sometimes the laws are written such that:

    1) It may be unlawful for anyone under 21 to purchase alcohol, but not unlawful to drink it

    2) It may be unlawful for someone under 17 to purchase or possess cigarettes and unlawful for someone to sell cigarettes to someone under 17, but not unlawful for that person to actually smoke the cigarettes.

We need to fix the laws we have in place before we even start writing new ones.

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

So what is illegal ? in this country!! Most if not all Us judges are very
liberal ! they say that Americas can not sue to regain lost taxes when
illegals Use there SSN...it makes it look like they are not paying taxes

Whats wrong with the system when we can not trust our own government to enforce the laws they made !!

    identity theft,

the use of one person's personal information by another to commit fraud or other crimes. The most common forms of identity theft occur when someone obtains another person's social security number, driver's license number, date of birth, and the like and uses it to open a fraudulent bank, credit card, cellular telephone, or other account, or to obtain false loans. Criminal identity theft, the most common nonfinancial type, occurs when someone gives another's personal information to a law enforcement officer when he or she is arrested. In addition to the financial losses resulting from identity theft, the person whose personal information has been used will have an erroneous credit or criminal history that is often expensive and time-consuming to correct. The occurrence of identity theft increased significantly beginning in the late 1990s due to the computerization of records and the ability to use another's personal information anonymously over the Internet.
