L A DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY TARGET OF ETHICS COMPLAINT IN JAMIEL SHAW MURDER CASE:

Los Angeles, CA Is the prosecution guilty of ethics violations in the Jamiel Shaw murder case? Police have arrested Pedro Espinosa, an illegal alien gangbanger who was released early from L.A. County jail after serving four months for weapons charges and assault on a police officer.
Appearing in the video are the victim’s aunt Althea Shaw and father Jamiel Shaw,Sr. describing why the family members have filed an Ethics Complaint with the State Bar and District Attorney's Office against the Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Michele Hanisee. A few days prior to his re-election, District Attorney Steve Cooley removed the Deputy DA Michele Hanisee from the case. This also followed Mr. Shaw Sr.’s appearance on radio talk shows to expose the fact that she had been pressuring the family to stop speaking out against LAPD’s Special Order 40, “the don’t ask, don’t tellâ€

Again and again and again, I just do not understand how our President and our congress can send our young men and women half way around the world in defense of the United States and refuse to defend our National Borders and Enforce our Immigration Laws while at the same time warning our military, for their own safety, not to wear their uniforms when traveling to "our" southern borders. Now our military can no longer leave their children at home in a "major United States city" and expect them to be safe or a least as safe as the parents in a "combat zone"!!

How dare that Deputy District Attorney mislabel a murder victim a "gangbanger". She needs to be fired, prosecuted for obstruction of justice and then sued for libel and slander by his family.

All of these stories of the victims of illegal immigration break your heart, but this one grabs at a part of the soul that literally makes you want to scream.

I hope the Shaws kick LA County 10 ways to sunday . Dirty sneaky dealing from the DA office . Don't smear the Boys name since he's now dead and can't speak , don't make up "Eveidence" to the make the Cold Blooded murder a run of the mill gang banger killing . Shaw was killed only cause he was Black , by a Brown gang banger !!! Was NO gang fight

I hope the same thing, tencz57. The District Attorney himself should resign not just "reassign" an Asst. DA for doing the most despicable thing a prosecutor could do which was try to criminalize the victim.
