I am getting sick and tired of our churches interfering in politics. We have a separation of church and state in this country and churches are given the luxury on not having to pay taxes because of this law. Yet they are openly allowed by the IRS and Congress to keep violating their tax exempt status. When is this country going to start enforcing its own laws?

Exactly. I agree 100%. If they want to run their pie-holes about politics instead of religion, then their donor contributions should not be tax deductible. The FairTax solves this problem.
