    They already can get dual citizenship...as do anchor babies only need to apply for it.....

    I wonder if Americans can get dual citizenship down in Mexico...I'll bet not!

    Eduardo "Piolin" Sotelo was taking the advice he has frequently dispensed on the nation's most popular Spanish-language radio show


    This guy was the one that helped to organize the marches in LA.
    He is also the guy that claimed to have delivered 1 million letters from US citizens to congress asking for CIR.

    As far as I'm concerned Eduardo "Piolin" Sotelo is still an "illegal" Mexican. Stay in Mexico and re-shape your own country. That's who needs reshaping!

    He obviously lied on those two questions, will his new US citizenship be questioned? It should.

    The oath of allegiance is:

    "I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God."

    In some cases, USCIS allows the oath to be taken without the clauses:

    ". . .that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by law. . ."
