Victimized by Hurricane Wilma and the destructive path she cut through Southwest Florida, many Hispanic residents here face fear and frustration as they try to rebuild their lives.
Amid language barriers and the fear of deportation if discovered to be an illegal immigrant, some Hispanic residents do not reach for help that is offered. And some can never obtain the aid their neighbors can.
