Hollywood television celebrity and popular comedian George Lopez brought U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's message of hope and change Wednesday afternoon to an estimated 1,200 potential young voters at the University of Texas at El Paso.

"It is the time of the Latino, your time to step up, your time to take this country over," Lopez said, eliciting applause. "But si se puede doesn't mean anything unless you go out and make it happen."

Yes, George...but the reality is that most of the voters he's talking about have a less than 50% high school graduation rate, will be stuck in menial jobs and on public assistance for most of their adult lives as a result. So, they will do what....lead the nation exactly how?

In addition, I would doubt that many of these people even have the right to vote given this rhetoric was spewed at the Univ. Texas at El Paso. Last time I was in El Paso, (which was last month) I did not hear a word of English being spoken at the airport.

It was to be honest, well freaky. I had to verify that I had not landed in Ciudad Juarez Airport by accident.

More race baiting. Obama should have pulled his mike away. Hispanics are killing Blacks in LA and this kind of talk doesn't do anything but divide this country. Obama must want POTUS really badly to allow that.

While Obama may allow it, we do not have to allow it. Looks like Obama is willing to do or say absolutely anything to get that vote.

Barack Obama = George Lopez = Latino takeover of USA.
What could be more clear than that?
