Life on the border — Entering the US illegally
Life on the border — Entering the US illegally
by Hugh Holub on Jul.25, 2010
People don’t just wander across the border and land somewhere in the US to start looking for a job.
According to many sources intimately involved with the flow of undocumented migrants across the US-Mexico border, the system is highly organized. In fact, the whole process depends on organized criminal activity.
Here’s how I understand it works:
A person in a Mexican town decides to head north to work. Sometimes whole groups of people from a village decide to go to the US. In some cases the migration from that community has been going on for generations.
The would-be migrants have a destination in mind. The destination is where other family members or friends are already living. Or where there is a high probability of a job waiting for them.

we have total treason in our Government,
Why is it taking everyone so long to figure it out? All this did not start with this present Administration. No it started long ago. This has been allowed to happen. Your leaders are traitors to the constitution and to the citizens of the United States of America.
You all are a day late and a dollar short. I can't take the stupidity any longer. Wake up dreamers

I am not a fan of to many administrations over the last few decades myself.
For many reasons.
America has changed. A politician waves a carrot and they get elected.
Entitlements and social programs.
It keeps getting worse.
To many Americans think like the illegal alien about our government.
Ask not what you can do for your country, but what America can do for you.
Those of us that hold responsibility true have been driven as far as our faith and patience can carry us.
I too hope every one wakes up.
trueblue, The Obama administration is at the helm now and it is getting worse by the day. In my opinion the worse of the worst, If you don't see that,"you need to wake up".

07-26-2010, 07:08 AM #6Just recently a major search was going on north of Three Points (Robles Junction) west of Tucson for a woman who got separated from her group when jumped by the Border Patrol. She was not found, and is presumed to have died somewhere out there.Immigration reform should reflect a commitment to enforcement, not reward those who blatantly break the rules. - Rep Dan Boren D-Ok

Life on the Border
This is precisely why we must have INTERIOR enforcement of immigration law. These border crossers get caught, returned, and are back again tomorrow. This has got to stop.
Something must change on the local level to make life uncomfortable for illegal immigrants. Make it harder for them to hide and work. AND make it much easier to deport and keep them out.
