The point that was not brought up was, to me, the biggie - birthright citizenship. We will still have all of the "new citizens" and their prarents on the dole until the "new citizens" citzens are at least 18.

ITA, the issue of ill gotten citizenship seems to be the biggest landmine neither side wants to step on. Instead of perpetuating this fraud what they should do is write legislation which provides that any children born to (current) illegal aliens since the 1986 amnesty should bear the citizenship of the illegal alien mother which would revoke ill gotten citizenships and discourage any future con games on their part. Additionally, EMPLOYERS should bare the cost of the ID cards. I'm sure all of us as taxpayers are sick and tired of paying the financial cost of the failures of the treasonous government to ENFORCE THE LAWS ON THE BOOKS and employers reaping the benefits of their ill gotten illegal employees.

Is Rush going to ask all his listeners to stop all withholdings from their paychecks?
