    On July 29th, the same day that Arizona’s SB 1070 went into effect and knowing full well that the 14th Amendment will never be changed, Sen. Lindsey Graham R-SC told FOX News' Greta Van Susteren that he, “…may introduce a constitutional amendment that changes the rules…â€
