Living in the Shadows-Illegal Immigration In Indiana Part 1

Illegal immigration is one of the most complex and emotional issues of our time. It is estimated there are at least 100 thousand illegal immigrants in Indiana.

Blanca Navarro, who entered the country illegally and has since become a U.S. citizen estimates that at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fort Wayne, as many as 60% of the latino congregants are here illegally.

They find comfort in the spanish language mass. Navarro says she wishes these people had the same opportunities that she has. She knows they worry about driving without a license. She also believes that, for those who enter the country illegally, the better life in the U.S. is worth the risk.

These people are able to find jobs, buy a car and sometimes a home. In tomorrow's report, we will discuss some of the ways illegal immigrants are able to do this while living in the shadows.

HOW THE HECK? This is disgusting, but unfortunately, very true.

Get them out!! Send them back before they illegally get the vote and turn this great melting pot into a third world pit.
