Thread: llegal immigrant charged with statutory rape and sodomy of 12-year-old girl

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- An illegal immigrant accused of having sex with a minor leads not guilty to the charges.

Reymundo Hernandez, 25, entered the plea Friday in Greene County court. In August, he was charged with Statutory Sodomy and Statutory Rape.

Greene County Prosecutors say the 12-year-old victim is now pregnant as a result of the encounters.

According to police, the child's mother reported the sexual contact to police after the girl admitted sneaking out of the house to meet Hernandez at a park. The girl was taken for a medical examination where it was learned she was pregnant.

Court documents indicated Hernandez admitted having initial contact with the girl over Facebook, then having sex with her.

Hernandez is due back in court at 11 a.m. Monday, November 19, 2012.

AGAIN with the previous deportation! Yet ANOTHER preventable crime. I am sick to death of these illegals coming and going as they please to do whatever the hell they please.

Why should any one be surprised...that is all they know how to do...they are criminals in the first place that is why they are called "illegal". Everything they do is illegal!!!!
