    BISBEE — The director of the Cochise County Militia said the group recently wrapped up a two-week border monitoring operation that was productive in the Huachuca Mountains, but experienced minor problems in the Coronado National Forest north of Douglas.

    He is looking for a pro-bono attorney who can deal with occasional minor issues.
