    Lone Protester-- Court Update

This has to be short because I am on the way out the door to meet with some of my supporters before court. My trial has been delayed and the reason is that the prosecutor is bringing an additional charge against me. My lawyer and I have to be in front of the judge at 930 am. As far as I know it is another disorderly conduct charge being made three months after the fact. Thanks for all the assistance yesterday, the telephone mailboxes downtown were slam full of messages.

Why would they be charging some one with the same charge twice in the same incident ...

are they speaking after the fact...???

I have an audio of me and my lawyer being interviewed after court today, I will try to get it posted tomorrow if I can figure out how, I just want everyone to know that I deeply appreciate your support. But just remember it is not over yet.

It might be that they are re-charging him and the first one will be dropped.

Nope, both charges are going to stay because they are desperate. And reaching. When I stood up in front of that judge yesterday and heard the additional charge for the same exact thing, I stared smiling because I know I am going to win my case now. It is going to be entirely dismissed or the jury is going to find me innocent. That homeowner had better be super careful in what he testifies about because if he lies in court he is going to go to jail just like I did.
