    A D.C. Superior Court judge has ordered Mr. Wint to remain in jail pending further court proceedings. If convicted, ICE would not take him into the agency’s custody until after he served his sentence.
    Wow, a quadruple homicide and if convicted they think he'll see the light of day during his lifetime? If this guy did it, then he wouldn't or shouldn't see a "release" ... ever. His sentence should be 4 life times without the possibility of parole.
