Indicted Rep. Michael Grimm may think he’s the only guy prosecuted by the Brooklyn U.S. attorney’s office for allegedly hiring illegal aliens to work in a restaurant — but he’s not.


Benjamin Borgognine, the owner of Buttercooky bakeries on Long Island pled guilty to the charge in August.


Defense lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman said the admission came as part of a larger investigation of failing to pay federal payroll taxes.
