    How many of you..

How many of you Americans would subject your daughter to a lone journey like this in the hands of a coyote?

The US authorities should deport the parents on child endangerment and the 13 year old for being illegal.

I am terribly saddened by the fact that she was raped, but the parents know FULL WELL what the dangers are and THE PARENTS subjected their daughter to this.

Parents should be prosecuted for child endangerment

If I were to pay any stranger, or even a known criminal smuggler to take my daughter to Canada, I'd imagine that I would be arrested for child endangerment, child neglect, and a host of all kinds of crimes as would be expected. Every illegal alien or citizen in the U.S. who pays to have their child smuggled into the U.S. should face serious child endangerment charges and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The children should be taken by the state and sent back immediately. No questions asked. My God, I w/n hand off my child to a stranger to accompany them anywhere.....these "parents" are unbelievably reckless, and irresponsible and should be dealt with accordingly.
