Border Betrayal

Federal prosecutor Johnny Sutton has targeted another law enforcement officer who was just going his job. Former Texas Sheriff's Deputy Guillermo Hernandez will be sentenced today. Deputy Hernandez was convicted of violating the civil rights of an illegal alien in a 2005 incident. He could face 10 years in prison. We'll have a special report.

And, we'll be joined by the attorney for Guillermo Hernandez, Jimmy Park, Jr. He'll explain why his client has been wrongly convicted. And he'll discuss the growing movement to petition President Bush for a pardon.
