The court also agreed to release a Princeton University professor's report that questions the reliability of the machines. Princeton's Coalition for Peace Action and others have sued to force the state to return to paper balloting. New jersey does not have a paper trail and electronic machines miscounted voted in the primaries. Plus:

* The nation-wide search for the 6 year old boy taken from his home last week by Mexican drug dealers has come to an end. Cole Puffinburger was found unharmed and in good condition after a four-day search. Police say they think the boy was kidnapped by Mexican drug dealers as revenge after being ripped off by the child's grandfather. This kidnapping has US authorities worried that the horrific Mexican drug violence unfolding south of our border is quickly spreading farther into the United States.
