Violence on the U.S. Mexican border is spreading further north
into the United States. Mexican drug cartels are invading
America’s national parks and states across the country and
using public land to grow drugs. Join us tonight, we’ll have a
full report on what’s being done to stop the spread of drug
violence into the U.S.

Americans continue to fall victim to dangerous imports as they
have no recourse to select domestically produced products.
Requirements for country of origin labeling have been
repeatedly postponed even though Congress has acted on it
reflecting the will of the American people. Join us tonight,
we’ll be taking a look at what the U.S. government is doing to
combat dangerous food imports from entering the American food
supply.

Our nation’s student visa program is vulnerable to fraud and
abuse. The U.S. government doles out an unlimited amount of F-1
visas to foreign students wanting to attend American schools,
but a number of the students are not leaving. The U.S. counsel
in India is currently investigating several Universities from
where foreign students never returned. We’ll have a special
report.

And, the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold long awaited
hearings tomorrow investigating the prosecution of imprisoned
Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean. The agents are
currently serving 11 and 12 year sentences. We’ll have a full
report on what is expected from those hearings.

Then, Georgetown University professor and best-selling author,
Michael Eric Dyson, joins Lou to discuss race in America and
his new book, "Know What I Mean?"
