Tonight, is the United States finally prepared to act against
Iranian troops that are responsible for killing U.S. soldiers
in Iraq? The Bush administration may label Iran's Revolutionary
Guard Corps a terror group in a move to choke off funding to
Iranian elements accused of developing nuclear weapons and
instigating violence in the region. Will we finally crack down?

Another local government is looking to crack down on illegal
immigration. Spotsylvania, Virginia plans to count how many
illegals are in its county. They will then decide what benefits
will be denied to them. But critics are already warning it
could lead to racial profiling. We'll have that special report
tonight.

Mattel has apologized for manufacturing tainted toys. The
Consumer Product Safety Commission has downplayed the concerns
and says it is “naïveâ€
