* Tonight we look into the stimulus bills proposed $18.5 billion dollars for renewable energy projects, of which only $3 billion would be spent by 2011. Critics argue that tax breaks to fund renewable energy do not appear to be immediately simulative and the money allocated to foster this new technology isn’t even developed in the U.S. We'll have all the details tonight in "Lou's Line-Item Veto."
