    Kansas City has not seen the last of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, Kansas and Missouri state director Ed Hayes said after the organization’s regional leadership conference at the Uptown Theater last weekend.

    "brightest people"? Mexico's adult population has an average of a 6th grade education, and Guatemalan adults have only 3.5 years of education.
