Tonight, with less than 24 hours to go before the start of the
Iowa caucuses, presidential candidates are making a final push
for votes. Mitt Romney appears to have regained his lead among
Republicans, but Iowa is known to deliver surprises. Among
Democrats, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, and Barack Obama
remain statistically deadlocked.

We’ll have all the latest on the campaigns, live from our
correspondents in Iowa, Washington and around the country.

The federal government failed to enact meaningful immigration
reform in the last two years, forcing states to pass their own
legislation. How has the local debate translated to the
national stage? Tonight, a look at the immigration rhetoric on
the campaign trail.

The United States has had an arms embargo against China since
the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989, and the embargo includes
technology that might aid the Chinese military. But the U.S.
government grants access to key American technology to a select
group of Chinese companies. And those companies may be using it
to boost China’s military—or even passing it on to rogue
regimes in Iran and Syria. We’ll have that report.

Manufacturing employment is at its lowest levels since the
early 1950s. Some have argued that the job loss is the result
of increased productivity and labor-saving technology—but a new
study shows otherwise. The actual production of our
manufacturing sector is declining and millions of middle class
jobs are disappearing as factory output from foreign
manufacturers overwhelm our market. Join us for that story.
