Last month, one of its top leaders Nazario Moreno, alias ‘El Chayo’, was killed by the Mexican military, although his body was not recovered. Clinton: Mexico must continue the fight against crime
By: El Universal, Monday, January 24, 2011 (Latest News)

U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, said the government of Mexico has no choice but to continue the fight against drug trafficking and organized crime, despite the violence that takes place, because "drug dealers will not be delivered without terrible struggle, "so he said" I'ma fan "of President Felipe Calderon's offensive action and results, so his government will maintain its support.

As part of his working visit to Mexico, where he held a meeting with the head of the Foreign Secretary, Patricia Espinosa, the U.S. official held a news conference in which he reiterated his country's commitment to work together against this threat, so this year allocated $ 500 million more as part of the Mérida Initiative.

When questioned about escalating violence in Mexico, with events such as the beheadings in Acapulco and the car-bomb in Hidalgo, Clinton said that "when we see these atrocities are decapitations or to intimidate the population and has had to act why President Calderon has had to attack the drug traffickers in order to deal with this threat. "

Calderon said he admires "and I applaud what he does", when security should be the priority of a leader. "I'm a fan of President Calderon, and I applaud what they do know how hard it is, what he does can not be universally popular cause terrible things in the headlines, this is difficult, cumbersome.

Calderon is doing his plan, it is important to continue and not stop at those who try to intimidate and to earn huge amounts of resources with drugs or recruit young people, is something that can not afford. "

Secretary of State reiterated that the actions taken by Calderón "is absolutely necessary but it is not easy, but it had done before and I applaud all you are doing, the successful results of the Mexican armed forces deserve our support," announced that " have pledged $ 500 million in equipment and institutional capacity for this year, of which -60,000,000 are not intrusive inspection equipment to detect weapons and money illegally.

OMG you have to be kidding me, she is already handing over more $$$ to Mexico to fight on their side of the border! Everyone knows that the Mexican government is corrupt and they will not use the $$$ for what it is intended for! Even Gov Brewer has displayed her disgust with the White House for their ignorant decisions in giving Mexico twice as much money to secure the border as they give our border states!

That money should go to SECURING the leaky toilet.
You cannot dedicate yourself to America unless you become in every
respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson
