I hope it's ok to post this here. Hamilton County in Ohio has quite a few illegal aliens.

NOTE: A friend in this local area sent this to me just now. It does not say the rapist is an illegal alien. I will post the follow up when I get it.

HAMILTON — A 36-year-old man is behind bars tonight, charged with the rape of an 8-year-old girl.

Police said they arrested Jose Hernandez-Vasquez of 339 Hanover St. around 7 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17 and charged him with rape, a first-degree felony.

He was arraigned at 5:30 p.m. today, Dec. 18, and remains in the Butler County Jail on a $250,000 bond, authorities said.

Hernandez-Vasquez is scheduled to appear Monday, Dec. 22, in Hamilton Municipal Court for a preliminary

Please let us know what you find out about his status. I would be willing to bet he is illegal. Most Hispanics who are here legally are law abiding citizens who would be as outraged as I am of doing this to a baby.

I will. A friend of mine who lives down there sent it to me and she says they're overrun with illegals. She's very active down there against illegal immigration. I have been urging her and a few others in this area to get involved with Alipac.

I'll keep you posted though. I have a feeling you're right Cayla, but I almost didn't post this because I don't want to jump to conclusions. However, I thought I would lose track of the article if I waited. My friend will forward it to me as soon as there's a follow-up and I'll post it here.

Thanks, Cayla. Everyone here has been so kind. I am so glad to have joined with a group of people who know what's happening in our nation and are willing to stand up and fight it. I was getting tired of fighting alone. I'm very grateful to be here.

Odds are he is an illegal alien. Most legal Hispanics are good people who would never committ such a horendeous crime.

I grew up and have lived for decades right next to a town that has a large Hispanic population, so I know what you mean. I've worked with them, visited with them, dated them back in "the day" and shared meals with many, many Americans of Hispanic descent. It's the illegal aliens I have a problem with...no matter WHAT their heritage is.
