ST. CLAIR TWP — An 18-year-old man was charged by Butler County sheriff' deputies Tuesday night, Sept. 2, for allegedly having sex with a girl who was found naked in the trunk of his car.

Ramon S. Padilla, of South Seventh Street, was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony, obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony, and criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, for apparently having sex with a 13-year-old Hamilton girl in a vehicle parked on Warwick Road in St. Clair Twp., according to the sheriff's office.

Sgt. Monte Mayer said deputies were called to the location on a report of a suspicious vehicle. When they approached the vehicle, deputies said they found Padilla, partially clothed, in the back seat surrounded by woman's clothing.

"He gave several stories before they found the girl in the trunk," Mayer said. The hiding girl was found naked, but unharmed.

Padilla, who is believed to be an illegal immigrant, was booked into the Butler County Jail. He is also be held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement holder.

The girl was released to her family.

Of course unharmed! Don't you dare for a moment think that those wonderful family values of illegal aliens would consider the deflowering of an American child to be "harm." That's honorable in some countries (Mexico included .. it's called 'rapto.')
