Thread: Illegal Alien Sodomizes Boy

SEXUAL ABUSE -- An illegal immigrant was arrested Sunday in Springville on charges of sexual abuse of a child. According to police affidavits, a 7-year-old boy told his mother he had been sodomized several times by Jose de la Cruz-Diaz, who was a friend of the family. The boy allegedly told police the abuse occurred when he was 6 years old, and the man offered the boy $5, then $20, then $100 when the boy refused to let Cruz-Diaz abuse him. Cruz-Diaz was interviewed by detectives and denied the allegations. The boy's parents allegedly were told by some of Cruz-Diaz's friends that the man had mentioned returning to Mexico as soon as possible. Cruz-Diaz was booked into the Utah County Jail with a $50,000 cash bail on charges of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and sodomy on a child.

The illegal child abuser represents the future of America if our politcal elites grant Amnesty.

I pray that the family sues all the politicans along the way that made it possible for the illegals to be in our country.

While I agree with the first sentence, I do not agree with the second.

This man was a friend of the family. He was known to them and they bear the responsibility of enabling him to abuse their child. They should be charged for aiding and abetting an illegal alien and child predator.

He should be put in a maximum security prison with a felon named Brutus, see how he likes being on the receiving end.

The child is the only one who deserves sympathy.

This is in no way a funny story, but when I read "Brutus" I had to laugh! lol And I agree. The family should not have been socializing with this man. They probably knew he was an illegal alien. The poor child is the one I feel really bad for.

I hate these stories they make me just sick!!
