Thread: Man facing deportation after drunken joyride in Colorado Springs

DENVER (KKTV) - A 29-year-old man is staring down an 18-month prison sentence and deportation for charges tied to a "drunken joy ride" through the streets of Colorado Springs.

On the day after Thanksgiving in 2017, a group of friends went on a wild ride through residential areas, firing weapons including an AR-15 assault rifle in the air. Police later found Jose De Jesus Cordova-Saldana passed out in the back of a Chevy pickup truck, surrounded by several guns, ammunition and discarded shell casings.

Cordova-Saldana, who is not a legal resident of the United States, had previously been deported in 2014 after a conviction for third-degree assault. The U.S. Department of Justice's Colorado office says Cordova-Saldana re-entered the country illegally sometime between that deportation and his drunken escapades last fall.

In March, he pleaded guilty to charges of illegal re-entry into the United States and illegal alien in possession of a firearm. He will serve 18 months in a U.S. prison, then will be deported to Mexico.

Don't bet on it. Colorado springs is a sanctuary (outlaw) city in a sanctuary (outlaw) state. They will pay the DOJ officials to let him go.

MANDATORY that he is handed over to ICE and put in Federal Tent City on Federal Land with a panel of Federal Judges!

Get him OUT of the State and Local jurisdiction! This is a FEDERAL IMMIGRATION violation and issue and should be handled IN Federal Tent City!

This goes for all illegal aliens, visa overstays, foreign immigration criminals including refugees, TPS, asylum liars and student visa criminals!
