Immigrants lead authorities on chase

CORPUS CHRISTI - A truck packed with illegal immigrants led constables and sheriff's deputies on a high speed chase Saturday afternoon.

Speeds in the chase reached more than 100 miles an hour. It started on County Road 70 and ended at a field on FM 3354 and FM 892 near Petronilla, where 13 illegals bailed out of the pickup.

It all started with a sheriff's deputy who was behind the pickup. He ran the trucks plate and found out it was stolen out of Pasedena. He followed the truck, and the driver sped off, leading to a high speed chase that lasted about 10 minutes.

When the driver pulled off the road onto a field, everyone ran into the brush. Constables said three illegals that were inside the truck were caught at the field. A fourth illegal was taken into custody on FM 665. He was following the pickup in a stolen Blazer and fled when the chase started.

"The undocumented immigrants from Monterrey and Honduras have been handed over to Border Patrol," Deputy Constable, Precinct 3 Rolando Padilla said.

According to authorities, they were headed to Houston.

There already in California no doubt!!!

George Bush pardoned them, gave them jobs and social security, medicare and citizenship.
