Thread: Man pleads guilty to holding illegal aliens for ransom

A Mexican national has pleaded guilty in federal court at Phoenix to charges of harboring illegal aliens for financial gain.

Angel Mendoza-Romero, 40, is accused of operating an alien smuggling business from a private home in Phoenix last December. Police said he held at least two illegal aliens hostage, threatened them if their families did not pay a ransom and assaulted them.

Mendoza-Romero will be sentenced May 4 by U.S. District Court Judge James Teilborg. He faces a maxiumum sentence of 10 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine or both.

Ok, I'm confused... How can this possibly be, since it's only we "evil Americans" who are committing 'hate crimes' against these illegals??? Can someone enlighten me please?

I think I can answer that question. Since nothing is not America's fault these days, we taught innocent Mexicans capitalism and gave them examples to follow about ransoming hostages.

So far in my recent memory (about a year), I remember a grand total of two... who were either true immigrants (one) and an illegal alien (one) who were harmed by Americans. Just today alone, I've read about an illegal alien harming one of their own.
