Man rear-ends Canyon County Sheriff's Deputy

Severo Palomares-Suarez, 20, was booked into the Canyon County Detention Center Sunday night on DUI charges after rear-ending a Canyon County Sheriff's Office deputy. Around 10:30 p.m., the deputy was traveling northbound on Happy Valley Road near Amity Road at speeds of 35 mph.

Palomares-Suarez was also traveling north on Happy Valley at a much higher speed and struck the deputy from behind. Palomares-Suarez was treated for injuries at the scene before being transported to the Canyon County Detention Center, where he is also being detained on a U.S. Immigration hold.

The deputy was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. He was treated and released.

The deputy is fortunate he didn't end up as another traffic crash fatality at the hands of an illegal immigrant.

Charge the duputy:

obstructing a public right of way

violating a visitors rights

not singing the Millers theme song in spanish

I hope Severo Palomares-Suarez, gets rear-ended at the gray bar hotel

I'm sure Johnny Sutton can figure out how the police infringed
on the illegal's civil rights by placing the police cruiser in his
path.
