Man wanted for attempted murder captured at the border

TUCSON, Ariz. A man wanted for attempted murder in Maricopa County has been captured at the border.

U-S Customs and Border Protection officers caught 20-year-old Julian Tamayo last night while crossing into the United States at the San Luis port-of-entry.

Tamayo tried to enter the United States on foot.

But when questioned by authorities, Tamayo refused to identify himself and asked to return to Mexico.

Customs and Border Protection officers took Tamayo into custody.

After he was fingerprinted, authorities learned Tamayo is wanted for an attempted homicide. San Luis Police Department officers then took him into custody.

It's the second time in three weeks Customs and Border Protection officers caught individuals sought in connection with an attempted murder.

It's really getting worse each and every day.

Dear Senator & Representative,

Here’s concrete evidence why were need a secure border. Every illegal alien is not merely interested in a job. How many murders, accidents, & sexual assaults must Americans suffer, before the federal govt. finds the “back bone” to secure our borders ?

If we had a secure border, this illegal would have never attempted to murder an American.

How long will Congress let this continue ? Illegal aliens steal across the border, steal our identities, and some of thme steal our very lives. I understand Congress just passes laws and doesn’t do enforcement, but why is the federal govt. enforcing not our immigration laws ? Americans want new leadership to pass laws that mandate the enforcement of our immigration laws.

Why doesn’t the SSA send every employer a “no match” letter for every false SSN ?

Why does the IRS grant ITINs to illegal aliens ?

Why does the IRS not question tax returns with a ITIN on the tax form, but a SSN on the W2. All the documents should reference the identical number.

Why doesn’t the SSA send each employer a letter for the duplicate use of every SSN ?

Why does the SSA refuse to follow up on the duplicate use of millions of SSNs.

Why does the SSA refuse to share information regarding potential fraudulent use of a SSN, with Homeland Security.
