Delegate seeks illegal immigrant tuition lawsuit:

A Maryland lawmaker says he is talking to attorneys about filing a lawsuit against a measure allowing in-state tuition for illegal immigrants.

Delegate Patrick McDonough, R-Baltimore County, said Thursday he is consulting with two national legal foundations to take action against the bill that was approved by the General Assembly on Monday.

McDonough led an effort to sue Montgomery College for its long-standing policy of providing county tuition rates to all recent county public school graduates, regardless of immigration status.

McDonough says Maryland has become "a Disneyland for illegal immigrants."

The bill allows illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition if they complete two years at a community college and can show that their parents paid state taxes for at least three years before they graduated high school.

Not only Maryland, every part of the Country is turning into "Disneyland for illegal immigrants." Which is a nightmare for most citizens.

The people responsible for allowing millions of undocumented aliens to enter the U.S. and reside in all States unlawfully should serve prison sentences, because they aided laws being broken and are still supporting the criminal actions.
