    Maryland State Road Paving Crews

A major highway close to where I live is being resurfaced. The name on the trucks and equipment is a private company that undoubtedly is a subcontractor to the State of Maryland. I recall previously, that trucks performing state work, such as paving roads, had a state emblem which indicated that the crews were employed by the state. The crew working for this private company was 100% hispanic. Another example of corporations and states taking advantage of cheap labor and most likely aiding and abetting illegal immigration.

Why can't these state agencies be held according to the laws and made accountable for breaking them? Why can't ICE be called to enforce these laws and pick up these illegals? don't tell me we are a country of laws, i no longer believe that, I guess laws are made to be broken right?
