May Day Fizzle [Mark Krikorian]

The number of participants in the Los Angeles May Day illegal-alien marches:

2006: 500,000

2007: 35,000

2008: 8,500

In Chicago:

2006: 400,000


2007: 150,000


2008: 15,000

How many of those numbers were actually protesting for IA's? I saw protesters against the war, longshoremen and unions protesting something else, strippers protesting, etc.

Amnesty for IA's was a bust as more and more Americans are against it.

Did anybody else notice that the IA's were carrying a lot more American
flags and a lot fewer Mexican flags? At least in all the videos I've seen so
far. I guess they finally figured out that whole "waving the Mexican flag in
our faces" thing was working against them.

Thank you for posting this Populist. I knew the protests were a flop because it hardly got mentioned by the MSM.

In the LA rally, reporters noted there were alot of Mexican flags, and one American flag that was flown upside down with a Mexican flag on the back (the following two photos are from the LA Times):

Isn't it amazing how bold and confident some feel to behave in such a manner in our country?

From what I saw of the small San Diego rally there were more Mexico flags than U.S. also.

What other country would put up with this?

It's unbelievable Jean, but it just motivates me more to restore the rule of law and our sovereignty.

Can you imagine if someone drapped the Mexican flag on themself upside down plus flew their flag upside down in Mexico?

This weekend there are big parties for May5th... Please... Do Not Attend these gatherings.... Let these people who are catering to illegals go broke by not buying their Big Fiesta...

I talked friends into joining last summer, and we worked sending email and calling to avoid the amnesty... They said they were surprised how easy it was, and that it was successful... Yes... Your vote really does make a difference..

And since all 3 presidential candidates this year are supporting immigrants rights over the rights of US Citizens, we will all have to find more of our friends to use these services .... to understand the bills, and to easily contact out government... to....

...Make Them Know We are NOT just sitting still, watching this happen.
Everyone needs to go out and find another person who will not only blog, but will contact government , to let them know we want illegal aliens OUT of the US....
