California court decision could affect Kansas as well

Kobach A California court decision could have legal implications for Kansas and eight other states that grant in-state tuition to illegal immigrants, an opponent of those laws said Tuesday.
Kris Kobach, chairman of the Kansas Republican Party and lead attorney in the California case, said the 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento agreed with his claim that California’s tuition law violated a federal law that prohibits illegal immigrants from receiving postsecondary education benefits that are not extended to U.S. citizens.
Kobach, a law professor at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, said the 2004 Kansas in-state tuition law is almost identical to the California statute, so Monday’s decision could prompt a similar lawsuit in the Sunflower State.

These state need to be required by ICE to E-Verify all immigrants.
end SEGREGATION - That is what American Schools have taught via our government purposes. Americans have been dumbed down to accept the invasion of immigrants. But have Third World Countries ended SEGREGATION?
