I filled out an application but never did hear back from him. Do you think its because I am not bilingual?

Wouldn't surprise me! I know he got alot of apps. Educated, hard workers willng to relocate even. Just never heard if he hired any. Kind of like Microsoft and all their jobs.... yet won't hire an American.
