Thread: 1 Million Mexicans Head Home For The Holidays

Tough times: Nearly 1 million Mexican immigrants living in the United States are expected to head home for the holidays, but relatively few are returning loaded down with gifts and cash this year.

Many are simply moving back after losing their jobs in the U.S. economic crisis, a disappointing turn for an annual journey that has become a cherished tradition in towns and villages across Mexico.

In many impoverished hamlets, migrants are usually welcomed home with lavish festivities. Townspeople admire their new vehicles bought with U.S.-earned dollars, and children scramble to see what is inside boxes as if Santa Claus had just arrived.

Mexican police even accompany returning migrants to protect them against bandits. This year, however, there is less to protect.

Have each of them take 20 illegal friends with them, and we have a trend starting!

It doesn't matter as they, their immediate, extended family members and their friends will all be back after Barak Obama Bin Laden signs off on the b.s. stimulus package which will be a massive taxpayer funded illegal alien job giveaway and other benefits for them as social security, welfare, unemployment insurance, job training, education, foodstamps, low income energy and heating assistance, section 8 housing and medicare which is another effort by the D.C. thugs to force the American people to subsidize cheap illegal labor. They sure as hell wouldn't spend one dime if they knew it would only benefit the American people.

Hopefully they all stay there but I am not betting on it.
