    I did not know Counties can control a State? Maryland Governor remains responsible for the entire State of Maryland and it is his or her responsibility to assure the State is in a operating mode, which means it is their duty to ensure all Counties are abiding by law rules. Homeland Security and ICE might want to investigate the State of Maryland, because something sounds fishy to me.

    Secure Communities is activated on a county by county basis.

    Opposition to 'Secure Communities' Dropped
