Enterprise Police arrested Jorge Romero, 33, late Thursday afternoon on a warrant with five charges.

The charges include two counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse, one count of felony first-degree rape, and two counts of felony first-degree sodomy. Capt. Mike Lolley with the Enterprise Police Department said Romero’s two victims were 6 and 7 years-old.

Romero, who was on probation, was arrested by Enterprise Police investigators Angela Brown and Chris Peterson and is being held without bond at the Coffee County Jail and should appear before the District Court judge today.

Romero, who lives on Highway 27 south in Entreprise, is an illegal immigrant from Mexico City, Mexico and works at a local chicken plant. The Immigration and Naturalization Service has been contacted, said Capt. Mike Lolley.

Romero was convicted in 2005 of child abuse and served just fifteen days in jail on a one year and one day sentence, said Sgt Eva Love of the Coffee County Jail.

It seems that we are turning into one of those countries where the life of kids is expendable. After all destroying any future for these kids without nightmares, we are going easy on these jerks!

Why wasn't this illegal invader deported after his last conviction?

Mexico is a crap hole. It's too bad GB won't recognize this country for what it really is. Those poor children down there..get abused and they grow up abusing..where does the madness stop? GB contributes to it by not condeming Mexico for its human rights violations.

It's past time they learn that's NOT HOW WE DO THINGS HERE!
Until all liberal, bleeding heart, open borders, judges are OFF THE BENCH and replaced with judges who will UPHOLD THE LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION we will continue to see violent criminal illegal aliens with PRIOR OFFENSES keep doing what they do!
