That says it all. Mexico is so steeped in it's own corruption, they admittedly state it will never end down there.

Has anyone ever watched a dog watch it's own image in a mirror? Some dogs will simply bark and attempt to play with the reflection, but quickly realize it is not another dog. However, I have seen the other kind of dog. They are sure this is another dog sneaking in on their territory, and they will snarl, growl and bite at it, never realizing they are actually just growling, snarling and biting at themselves, and may even need to be take away from the mirror to preserve it's own safety.

That kind of dog is Mexico. They will continue to snarl, growl and bite at themselves, and likely will never stop.
